Guests are reminded that the hotel official departure time is 11 am and check-in time is 2 pm onward.

Bill must be settled upon presentation 1 hr before checking out.

The management reserves the right to charge you for any delayed staty or if you have incurred loss to property or for any missing items from the room even after your departure.

Guests are requested to leave money or any valuables in safety locker in the room.

You will be responsible for any damage done by yourself or guest visiting in the room.

All guest rooms are non smoking. Smokings are allowd only at resort designated area. There is a charge of bdt 10000/- for smoking in no smoking room as penalty.
